We are seeking a Deputy SENCO to join us! This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, compassionate, and knowledgeable individual to contribute to the strategic leadership of our SEND provision. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCO to ensure that students with special educational needs and disabilities receive the highest quality support and that teachers are empowered to meet a wide range of learning needs in the classroom.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person who:
  • Has a passion for helping pupils thrive and meet their full potential
  • Has a friendly manner and can communicate effectively with staff and pupils
  • Can work effectively as part of a team but can also work independently using their own initiative.
  • Has experience of working in a similar school
