As the Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care. You’ll lead and inspire clinical and care teams, support the Home Manager in daily operations, and contribute to creating a warm, safe, and enriching environment for residents. You will be an enthusiastic and organised leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care. A valid NMC PIN and registered nurse qualification are essential.
