Job description
Envisage Dental Basingstoke Competitive salary + benefits

Step into a role where you can grow your leadership skills, feel genuinely supported, and make a real impact in a well‑run, respected dental practice. This is a chance to build meaningful management experience in a stable environment, with the backing of an experienced team and a wider support network behind you.

If you’re ready to take the next step, whether that’s your first Clinic Manager role or a move from an Assistant Manager or Lead Nurse position, this role gives you the space, trust, and guidance to succeed. This opportunity is offered on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, starting in February 2026.

You’ll be joining a practice that’s already performing well, with a loyal patient base and a strong team in place. That means less firefighting and more focus on leading people, improving processes, and shaping the day‑to‑day experience for both patients and staff.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Clinic Support and have full access to Envisage’s central support, so you’re never on your own.

What You’ll Gain
  • A competitive salary with an annual performance‑related bonus
  • A Monday to Friday working week, with a four‑day option depending on experience
  • A structured handover and ongoing support from senior leaders
  • Real leadership development and progression opportunities
  • Pension, referral rewards, and an extra paid day off for your birthday
  • Hands‑on management experience in a stable, established practice
  • We’re a growing group with lots of opportunity to progress, and there may be scope to continue within the wider business.
  • We will fund your GDC, Indemnity and CPD
Your Role
  • Lead, support, and develop both clinical and non‑clinical team members
  • Oversee daily operations to keep the practice running smoothly and compliantly
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and finances to support continued growth
  • Work closely with external partners and the wider Envisage support team
  • Maintain an excellent patient journey and a positive, welcoming environment
  • Ensure surgeries, equipment, and systems are well maintained
About You
  • A natural leader, either already managing or ready to step up
  • Experience in a senior role such as Lead Nurse, Senior Receptionist, or Assistant Manager
  • GDC‑registered Dental Nurse, comfortable supporting in surgery when needed
  • Confident working with processes, targets, and KPIs (full support provided)
  • Strong communicator who builds trust and motivates others
  • Organised, proactive, and confident making decisions
