This role requires a recognized qualification in painting and decorating or relevant experience. Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in painting and decorating or at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong customer focus and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at height.
• Full, valid manual UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete decoration works as instructed across internal and external areas.
• Prepare walls and surfaces prior to painting.
• Carry out minor repairs and use tools and equipment safely.
• Liaise with colleagues, contractors and residents professionally.
