About Job

we’re looking for a Data Entry Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy and timeliness across our projects and operations, with potential to grow in operations support.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation: $22 – $28/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities
  • Enter and process information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle large volumes of data entry with precision and timeliness.
  • Communicate with subcontractors and contractors to gather information.
  • Maintain organized digital files and link supporting documents as needed.
  • Support reporting requirements, including job cost tracking and compliance-related reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements; knowledge of prevailing wage and public works is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills indata entry, Excel, and basic math.
  • Previous office/data entry experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt quickly (training will be provided on our proprietary system).
  • Understanding of prevailing wage and public works processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a high workload in a fast-paced environment.
