Job Summary

Hybrid location in Islington or Morden, full‑time 36 hours per week. Permanent contract. Salary £33,910 – £39,360 per annum.

Closing date: Wednesday 21st January 2026 at midnight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied and often complex caseload through confident decision‑making.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies, contributing to active learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Interpret housing policy, apply guidance accurately and balance customer needs with organisational responsibilities.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment, managing time effectively as priorities shift.
  • Build strong relationships with residents to create a positive experience.
  • Receive and complete full training to develop within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Housing technical experience, including tenancy management, enforcement, and relevant legislation.
  • Ability to interpret policy, apply guidance accurately and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of cases.
  • Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and capable of making sound judgments.
  • Eligible to work in the UK; must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment; Clarion does not offer visa sponsorship.
Assessment Process

Candidates may be asked to complete a competency‑based test following the short‑listing exercise.
