Overview

Haystack is hiring a Customer Success Lead to join its remote-first team in the UK. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role focused on onboarding, data operations, customer engagement, and AI-driven process innovation. With only two in-person days per month in Dorset, this position offers high autonomy and the chance to shape customer success strategy in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

  • Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per annum (based on experience)
  • Contract Type: Full-Time
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (mostly remote)
Role Summary

You’ll lead customer onboarding, manage structured pricing data, and drive customer engagement. You’ll also play a key role in embedding AI tools into support, marketing, and operations to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities
Customer Success
  • Onboard new partners and users
  • Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients
  • Translate feedback into product insights
  • Create support content, templates, and AI-powered knowledge bases
  • Analyse user data to identify trends and improve the customer journey
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance data capture and reporting
Data Management & Operations
  • Input, test, and verify complex pricing data
  • Ensure data accuracy and usability for platform performance
  • Improve internal data processes using AI for validation and error-checking
  • Build dashboards to monitor customer health and engagement
Marketing & Brand Enablement
  • Craft product messaging and engagement strategies
  • Support creation of decks, guides, newsletters, and digital content
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns using AI tools for content and targeting
Candidate Profile
Required Experience & Skills
  • 2–3+ years in a Customer Success or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in SaaS onboarding, operations, or marketing
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, CRM platforms, and AI assistants
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Interest in technology, marketplaces, or travel-related products
