A leading outsourced administration services provider in Basingstoke is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers with their financial services such as life assurance and pensions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. No prior financial services experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Salary: From £24,941-£24,941 per year
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
Location: Basingstoke
You'll be joining a people and technology‑driven business, handling calls to and from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Whether helping customers plan for retirement, access investments, update personal information, or support families during bereavements, you’ll ensure a seamless experience during the moments that matter.
Comprehensive training will be provided so financial services experience isn't essential. Many new colleagues join us from customer‑facing backgrounds in contact centres, retail, hospitality, or the travel industry.
