Job description

We are currently looking for a professional, CPC-qualified Customer Service Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, playing a vital part in delivering a first-class experience for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Reception team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Collect and deliver customer vehicles in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
  • Represent the company with a courteous and positive attitude at all times.
  • Perform basic vehicle checks and ensure recovery trucks are in safe working condition.
  • Secure vehicles correctly using appropriate equipment and report any damage or safety concerns.
  • Accept and manage customer payments (e.g. insurance excess, VAT) and issue receipts.
  • Occasionally assist with minor vehicle tasks such as polishing or fitting small parts at customer locations.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Full CPC license and Digi Tachograph card (essential)
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Good knowledge of local geography (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to safely operate and manoeuvre vehicles, including automatics and 4WDs
  • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented with a safety-first mindset
