Make your work count! Could you be our next Customer Service Assistant?
At Devon Farm Kitchen, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a close-knit team. You’ll be the friendly voice of our brand, supporting customers with orders, deliveries, and enquiries — and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and where your contribution really does make a difference to our customers’ experience.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. You’ll be confident communicating with people both over the phone and in writing, with good attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You’ll be comfortable using computer systems and happy learning new tools as needed. The ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused is essential. Previous customer service experience is helpful, but we’re just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. You will have a team-player mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed.
What’s in it for you?
You will be supported and encouraged to innovate and to try new things. Our scope of work and our confident organisational vision create opportunities for progress and development. And we work together with passion and pride in an environment where people are caring, considerate, inclusive and welcoming. It can be tough. We don’t shy away from that. But you’ll clearly see the importance and impact of your work and feel recognised and part of something remarkable.
Values are critical to Rowcroft so you will need to be generous in spirit, show respect to others, be a team player and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
