Customer Service Advisor – Fife

Steer Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Fife repair centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping deliver an excellent experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers in person and over the phone
  • Manage bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer updates
  • Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and systems
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in customer service or administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • Automotive experience helpful but not essential
