As a Customer Service / Debt Advisor at StepChange, you’ll support people across the UK who are facing some of the most emotionally challenging moments of their lives. This isn’t just about financial guidance.Clamp it, offering clarity, reassurance, and practical steps at a time when clients feel overwhelmed.
You’ll help clients understand their options, create realistic budgets, and feel more confident about the futurepresentation. The work is structured, supported, and purposeful giving you the tools you need to make a meaningful impact in every interaction.
Your first 12 weeks will be spent in our Leeds office, giving you the training, coaching, and confidence you need to succeed. After that, you’ll the opportunity for ablend home working with supportive time in the office for collaboration, development, and staying connected with your team.
Please note that the assessment centre will be held in person at our Leeds office on Wednesday 28th January, with sessions taking place both in the morning and afternoon.
