Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (No weekends)

Are you looking for a full-time, role with no weekend working, and a supportive team?

Smarter Appliances is a trusted name in property maintenance and appliance services, working closely with some of the UK’s largest letting agents. We’re now seeking a professional, well‑organised Customer Service Advisor to join our busy office in Ilfracombe.

You’ll play a key role in our Sales Team, acting as the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and property managers, helping to arrange repairs, manage bookings, and update our business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Responding to emails and logging issues quickly and accurately
  • Processing work orders and updating CRM systems and diaries
  • Managing booking requests and coordinating engineer visits
  • Performing a range of administrative tasks to support the sales and service team
  • Delivering excellent service to customers and clients at every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Handling, Admin, or Client Support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using email, phones, and modern office systems
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks
