Overview

Customer Payment Solutions Lead (Business Support) - Epping Forest District Council

30 Hours per Week

Part-Time, Temporary

Up to 11 Month Contract

£15 per hour PAYE / £19.21 Umbrella

Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Epping Forest District Council to recruit a Customer Payment Solutions Lead on a part-time, temporary basis.

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to be on-site 1 day per month after an initial training period.

Responsibilities
  • Import of bank statement
  • Allocation and reconciliation of payments
  • Importing files to Income Management system
  • Project work for Income Management system - planned upgrades, system testing, checking imports/exports
  • Troubleshooting issues with the Income Management system, raising cases with supplier and following up
  • Issuing refunds
  • Covering calls and taking telephone payments
  • Processing cheques
  • Running reports
  • Mailbox management
  • End of day tasks - saving files, checking imports and exports
