Based in the South and South-West of England, Snows Motor Group isan AM Top 50 automotive retailer covering 20brands across54franchises. Due to continued success, we are currently on the lookout for aCustomer Delivery and Handover Specialistto join Snows Polestar in Plymouth.

As a Customer Delivery and Handover Specialistyou will be responsible for the transportation and handover experience that is key to the team’s success in delivering a vehicle to our customer’s preferred place of handover.

Your day will include:

• Provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible handover experience.
• Deliver vehicles to a wide base of customers.
• Carry out thorough planning and communication with our vehicle preparation controller.
• Provide accurate information for our customers, including timely communications leading up to their vehicle delivery.
• Deliver a tailored handover experience for each customer, including introduction to the specifications and controls available within their vehicle.
• Support the customer with signing up for relevant apps and other technology.
• Ensure vehicles are handed over clean and with a minimum level of fuel/Charge
• Keep up to date with product knowledge to ensure you can fully support the customer.
• Ensure that all delivery vehicles are kept clean and well maintained.
• Ensure all Driver logs are kept up to date.

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 07.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
