We’re on the lookout for a Customer Care Specialist who loves helping others. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem‑solver for our customers—making sure every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported.

Responsibilities
  • Help customers by phone and email with questions, orders, and feedback.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with empathy and fairness.
  • Keep clear and accurate records of every interaction.
  • Work with other teams—Operations, Legal, etc.—to find the right solutions.
  • Share customer insights to help us continually improve.
Requirements
  • Around 2 years’ experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
  • Excellent communication skills—confident, friendly, and clear.
  • A genuine love of helping people.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.
  • Familiarity with customer service systems and Microsoft Office tools.
