The sign of a good business is retention of its staff and that is the case with this 5* housebuilder who’s looking to add a Customer Care Manager to their team. The last time I placed a member into their Customer Care team was way back in 2020 and I ask if … Paul still there? and they said yes, he’s still there, doing really well, 5 years and still going strong, that can’t be bad!
You’ll join a family firm that still holds true to their family values, office‑based but looking after and travelling when needed to test that span from Wrexham to the Wirral, from Merseyside to Manchester and beyond. Although there's no WFH policy, this has tended to suit candidates who are based near and around the Chester, N.Wales or Wirral areas and you’re looking after a large and experienced team of around 10 which included Coordinators, Admins and Customer Care Technicians.
Having worked in a similar housebuild or construction environment is desirable but if you’ve got line management and Customer Service Management experience in a different sector, we can still talk.
It’s for a January start with interview taking place ASAP and the role has come about due to the current manager going on maternity leave. That does mean it’s a 12‑month fixed‑term contract which we know will limit applicants in some cases but those that are interested will get the full range of excellent package available. That is a salary between £40,000 to £45,000, a car allowance of £6,000 and business mileage of 35pence per mile. Pension will be 5% employee / 3% employer and there’ll also be an annual discretionary bonus subject to performance plus a raft of other internal benefits.
They’ll give you everything you need to do at top‑quality job, offering you a great package with perks and the chance to work with NHC Award‑winning Site Managers and a Senior Construction and Customer Care team who, between them, have around 75 years experience working within this business – what did I say about their excellent retention?
