Overview

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings. Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements. Candidates MUST be flexible to work a range of shifts across the week Monday - Sunday. Responsibilities
  • As a Customer Care Assistant, be the face of your restaurant and help ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
  • Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, and help organise special events.
  • Look after customers’ specific needs and keep high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and maintain positive communication with customers at all times.
  • Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
  • Work in our fast-moving, high-energy environment and connect with customers to make them feel valued.
  • Demonstrate friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour and work well as part of a team.
  • Use effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact, and maintain high energy levels while working efficiently.
