A leading retail company in Plymouth is looking for a Customer and Trading Manager for night shifts. The role involves leading replenishment activities, managing store operations overnight, and ensuring high standards for customer service. Full availability across the week is required.
Night shift: 22:00 – 08:00.
Our nightshift managers work full‑time hours over 4 nights, plus a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary (nightshifts typically run from 22:00 until 08:00).
