Qualifications

• Certified training in hygiene or sanitation management or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 1 year of job experience, preferably on a cruise vessel.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant health and hygiene regulations.
• Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with health, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct internal hygiene inspections and support external inspections.
• Responsible for logs and checklists related to HACCP and SQM.
• Conduct training for the Hotel Support Team.
