A leading automotive retailer located in Southampton is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Administrator. This role entails maintaining customer records, troubleshooting data issues, and producing reports to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Excel skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to accurate data management in alignment with GDPR regulations. This role sits at the heart of our CRM operations, playing a pivotal part in how we manage and maintain our customer data across the business. You’ll be working with large volumes of structured data, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and using your analytical mindset to spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and support the Group.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident with Microsoft Excel and databases, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where ownership and time management are key. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Data Protection teams, as well as the wider group and our retail stores, helping to ensure our CRM systems run smoothly and securely. With on-the-job training and support from your immediate team, this is a brilliant opportunity to utilise your current skills to make a real impact.
If you're someone who thrives on precision and enjoys working with data in a structured, organised way, this role could be a perfect fit. You’ll bring strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills, along with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. Your ability to manage large volumes of information, communicate clearly and professionally, and solve problems proactively will be key to your success. Whether you’ve previously worked in an administrative or CRM support role, or have experience in data analysis and reporting across multiple systems we would love to hear from you. Confidence with IT systems and an understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements will also help you hit the ground running.
