A leading UK media organization is offering a full-time Creative Equity Apprentice position in Bristol. This role focuses on supporting diversity within the commissioning teams, along with administrative responsibilities. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a Grade C (4) in Maths and English GCSE. Training leads to a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration. This apprenticeship is a full‑time role, with four days per week working in a Channel 4 department and one day per week devoted to formal learning. Sixty percent of the week is spent on site while forty percent is spent working from home.
Formal training includes workshops, tutorials, webinars, coaching and, in some cases, residential boot camps.
Meticulous training and a qualification (Business Administrator Level 3) are provided during the 15‑month course.

The Creative Equity team sits at the core of commissioning, working across all genres and platforms. Our mission is to enhance representation both on‑screen and behind the camera, promote greater inclusion, and ensure programming authentically portrays the diverse lives of everyone in Britain today, challenging stereotypes along the way. We identify talent and opportunities that align with our Commissioning Diversity Guidelines and collaborate with Heads of Departments to accelerate the development of talent, ideas and independent producers. £24,328.00 per annum
From September 2023, C4 operates a 60/40 working pattern: three office days per week, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
