Qualifications

  • Proven experience coordinating projects in TV commissioning or production with flexibility to travel to production sites.
  • Applied expertise in DEI across protected characteristics and underrepresented groups.
  • Strong project and budget management skills with demonstrable experience managing multiple priorities.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting with ability to generate clear insights using DEI datasets.
  • Experience coordinating DEI training and events for creative and production professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, track, and deliver assigned Creative Diversity projects to agreed timelines.
  • Support the roll-out of the BBC’s Inclusive Production Principles.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of Creative Diversity training sessions.
  • Build connections with underrepresented audiences and producers.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain production diversity data.
  • Track progress against operational plans and KPIs.
  • Build constructive working relationships with production management.
  • Manage documentation and budget records.
