We are looking for a Counsellor to work as part of our pastoral team to provide one‑to‑one counselling to pupils across the both the Senior School and Junior Schools from January 2026.

The successful candidate will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the guidance and care they need to thrive both academicallyand personally.

The successful candidate will have or be working towards appropriate accreditation with BACP, UKCP, APC, BAAT or similar, and hold or be working towards a post graduate qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy. A friendly demeanour fitting with the ethos of the Schooland a welcoming and non-judgmental attitude are crucial.

The job is available on a part time basis, working up to 2 days a week, term time only.
