A prestigious university located in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a Coordinator for Outreach and Engagement. Our Library team plays a vital role in supporting the University’s strategic goals and fostering a vibrant research culture. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.
As the Coordinator, Outreach and Engagement, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of programs, exhibitions and communications that enhance the University Library’s visibility and impact. You’ll work across social media, websites and physical spaces to create inclusive and engaging content for students, staff, alumni, donors and volunteers.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote library services, showcase collections and support strategic initiatives. From designing campaigns and events to managing digital content and stakeholder relationships, your work will help build a vibrant library culture that reflects the diversity and aspirations of our communities.
This is a continuing, full‑time position based at our Callaghan Campus, on Awabakal land.
