Job description

Location: Warrington, Cheshire, GB.

Job Family: Administration, Facilities & Secretarial.

Region: NCE and Global Offshore > Global Offshore > Third Party Management & Supply

Third Party Management & Supply is part of the global Vestas Service organization. We are responsible for managing external workforce partnerships and ensuring the delivery of high quality manpower solutions to support improvement, optimization, and repair activities across the global offshore business.

Responsibilities
  • Support the External Resource Management team throughout the request and mobilisation process, including organising and participating in key meetings
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across sites, projects, and suppliers to ensure all requests are fully completed
  • Manage documentation exchanges with suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards and follow established procedures
  • Keep training plans updated and aligned with the operational and business needs
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners
  • Provide guidance to ensure compliance with Vestas policies, procedures, and core values across all activities
  • Assist the Resource Manager with subcontractor coordination, database upkeep for mobilisation, and general departmental support tasks
Qualifications
  • Have a demonstrated background in a similar field of planning and operational support
  • Fluent in English, and possess strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT
  • Willing to be flexible in relation to working hours given the worldwide location of our stakeholders
