A leading construction firm is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple civils schemes across the South East of England. The role includes developing and managing projects from Early Contractor Involvement through to delivery, collaborating with teams and ensuring safety and efficiency in operations. Candidates should have experience in infrastructure projects, knowledge of NEC Contracts, and a formal qualification in civil engineering. This permanent position offers a full-time work schedule, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
Taylor Woodrow is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple National Highways civils schemes across the South East. Based out of our offices in Watford or London Waterloo, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), development and delivery of schemes on National Highways' Scheme Delivery Framework within their South East Region. Schemes are wide ranging include rehabilitation of structures, concrete carriage way renewals, drainage, geotechnical stabilisation, sign renewals and extensive survey packages.

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday
