A leading global real estate firm is seeking a Procurement Manager in Bristol to oversee project procurement for multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 18-20 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 15 years focused on procurement. Responsibilities include developing contract conditions, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring budget compliance. This position requires excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills, alongside a BE in Civil Engineering and preferably a postgraduate in Contract Management.

The position is mainly responsible to represent Colliers International on single/multiple projects in respective city/region.
