Qualifications

• Experience in process improvements using lean manufacturing methodology.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all departments.
• Proven track record in optimizing KPIs around Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimization of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
• Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly L3 Operations meetings.
• Manage the site DBS leadership process including Daily Management and Kaizen funnels.
