# Content Strategy Manager## Job IntroductionThe BPP School of Business is looking to recruit a committed and motivated Content Strategy Manager with a keen eye for detail to manage the development and maintenance of new content within the school.The successful candidate will work with module leaders and subject matter experts to drive forward the creation and maintenance of module content, ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed in line with the overall content strategy, project timelines and KPIs.**Key Responsibilities****Module Development and Content Maintenance**:* Project manage the development of new undergraduate modules from briefing the developer, ensuring the timeline is being followed and that all the necessary assets have been developed in line with the agreed content strategy.* Review any content that is developed and uploaded to the Hub by proofreading for spelling and grammar errors, formatting the content according to the school's guidelines and templates and checking that images and links are referenced accordingly.* Lead the content development briefings and feedback to module developers in the development process.* Manage the strategy for content curation and online delivery working with the programme teams and operations.* Use Quark system to build content**Quality Assurance**:* Provide support in the learning content development process, ensuring quality standards are understood and adhered to by all content authors/designers/ developers.* Audit and review programme content to ensure quality standards are upheld.* Liaise with programme teams and Quality Assurance Manager for product/material improvements.* Liaise with resourcing team on securing appropriate resources for current and future content development.**Experience & qualifications required:*** Experienced in content creation, strategy and development.* Proof reading experience* IT-literate (including MS Office applications, MS Teams)* Experience of negotiation and managing different stakeholders**Soft Skills:*** Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.* Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.* Able to independently manage workload, including delegation and setting realistic targets for project members.* A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.* Flexible, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.* Team player who takes initiative and ownership.**Desirable but not essential:*** Project Management experience* Experience of working in a University* Academic journals copy editing experienceIt is a great time to join BPP Education Group as we have enjoyed a sustained period of growth, offering a wealth of opportunities to our staff, students and clients.
