A leading global food company is seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to drive brand growth through actionable insights and consumer advocacy. This role combines data analysis, storytelling, and collaboration to enhance the Häagen-Dazs brand experience on a global scale. As Consumer Insights Manager, you’ll play a critical role in understanding what drives consumer choice and translating that into brand growth, product innovation, and captivating experiences.
Sitting at the heart of the Häagen-Dazs global brand team, you’ll work closely with marketers, product developers, and cross-functional partners across geographies. You’ll turn complex insight into clarity, ensure the consumer has a powerful voice at every decision point, and enable the brand to move confidently and creatively. In this role, you’ll be the strategic insight partner and consumer advocate — driving learning that fuels growth and strengthens the brand.You will:
Insight Generation for Brand & Product Development You’ll uncover rich, actionable insights that shape the Häagen-Dazs portfolio — from core brand building to breakthrough innovation. Partnering closely with the BDT and analytics teams, you’ll blend shopper data, primary research, and market signals to deepen understanding of how the brand performs and where it can grow. You’ll lead and manage insight projects that fuel demand-led strategies and ensure learnings translate into brilliant execution.
Identifying Growth Opportunities Using demand-space thinking, you’ll explore how consumers indulge, celebrate, and enjoy premium ice cream moments — identifying unmet needs, cultural shifts, and emerging trends that will unlock the next wave of category growth. Your work will help shape the future pipeline and ensure Häagen-Dazs stays ahead of the curve globally.
Elevating Brand Experience You’ll collaborate with Brand Experience teams to ensure consumer insight comes through in communication and creative development. Your input will help sharpen storytelling, strengthen brand relevance, and fuel emotionally resonant campaigns and experiences across markets.
You’re an insight professional with at least 5 years of experience — ideally client-side, FMCG, and comfortable managing both qualitative and quantitative workstreams. You know how to work with shopper data, primary research, and multiple sources of insight.
You’re a clear, compelling storyteller with strong stakeholder skills — equally at ease presenting to leaders, partnering with cross-functional teams, or influencing across markets.
