About the role: As a member of our Team, you’ll contribute to building, maintaining, and supporting our infrastructure and applications. You’ll work with talented colleagues, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver resilient solutions using DevOps practices and “Infrastructure as Code”
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Write and maintain documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Uphold our commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and data‑driven decision‑making

Requirements:

  • Experience in AWS, Terraform, Python, Athena, Glue, Lambda, Databricks, S3, EKS, ECS, SQL, Rust, Snowflake
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse audiences
  • Commitment to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to attend our Southampton office 2 days per week (reasonable accommodations available)
  • Experience in data platforms, distributed systems, and data pipelines in cloud‑native environments
