Overview

Role: Construction Manager - Nordics at Arcadis. Lead and manage the construction phase of data center projects, ensuring delivery to client requirements, within time, cost, and quality standards, and in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will be the primary site representative, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-availability mission-critical infrastructure.

To lead and manage the construction phase of data center projects, ensuring delivery to client requirements, within time, cost, and quality standards, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. You will be the primary site representative, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-availability mission-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Preconstruction Phase: Collaborate with architects and owners to advise on materials, methods, systems, phasing, and cost strategies.
  • Preconstruction Phase: Support design development by providing constructability reviews and recommendations.
  • Preconstruction Phase: Assist in developing bid packages and trade contract strategies.
  • Construction Phase: Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Construction Phase: Manage subcontractors and coordinate construction activities across disciplines.
  • Construction Phase: Establish and maintain procedures for shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
  • Construction Phase: Manage the progress of works against schedule and budget, reporting deviations and proposing mitigation actions.
  • Construction Phase: Manage the Arcadis team to ensure attendance and full coverage of site activities.
  • General Duties: Act as the primary site representative, liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
