The successful candidate will conduct site surveys, prepare CAD drawings, and monitor project progress. This role also includes producing 3D drawings for boiler plant rooms and collaborating with various professionals in the field.

Overview

You’ll be involved in both site and office-based work, supporting our Steam Consultants and project delivery teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys alongside Steam Consultants
• Prepare accurate CAD drawings from survey data
• Carry out site inspections to ensure alignment with project plans
• Monitor project progress and support delivery teams
• Identify site issues and suggest practical solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site managers
• Maintain accurate site and drawing records

Secondary Responsibilities

• Produce 3D drawings for boiler plant rooms and pipe runs
• Analyse survey data to calculate quantities and volumes
• Upload design work to survey equipment

Further Development Opportunities

• Assist with tender applications and project planning
• Support the design of pipe penetrations, pipe bridges, and plant rooms
