The Role

// As Masabi expands globally, meeting and exceeding security, regulatory, and contractual compliance requirements is more important than ever.

We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to support our audit readiness, policy governance, and day-to-day compliance operations. You'll help ensure alignment with international standards like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, working across teams to embed clear, practical compliance into everything we do.

Location

// This role is available to UK-based candidates only, in either a hybrid or fully remote model.

Responsibilities include

• Supporting Masabi’s compliance programme (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and maintaining year-round audit readiness
• Managing the compliance calendar, documentation reviews, and internal control testing
• Developing and enforcing clear, practical security and compliance policies
• Supporting risk assessments, identifying control gaps, and coordinating mitigation
• Tracking client-specific compliance obligations and supporting RFP/security questionnaires
• Driving continuous improvement and exploring automation opportunities
• Enabling teams through education and fostering a culture of proactive compliance
• Partnering with Security, Engineering, Product, and Customer teams across the business

About you

• Solid experience in compliance, audit support, or security governance within a SaaS or tech environment
• Familiar with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and broader regulatory compliance frameworks
• Understanding of GDPR principles and experience supporting data protection compliance efforts
• Strong organisational skills; confident in managing documentation, audits, and processes
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams
• Proactive, improvement-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup
