A leading insurance provider based in Cardiff is seeking a Compliance Advice Manager. This role requires expertise in FCA regulations, the ability to provide guidance across multiple teams, and excellent communication skills. The position supports regulatory compliance and oversees key projects, shaping best practices in the insurance industry. We have an exciting opportunity to join the UK Insurance (EUI Limited) Function’s Compliance department with a role based in the Compliance Advice Team. As a Manager within the EUI Compliance Department, you will be passionate about supporting a variety of teams to comply with regulatory requirements and deliver good outcomes to our customers.
The role of the team is to provide customer-focused regulatory advice, guidance, and support across all UK Insurance Functions, ensuring they deliver good outcomes to customers and comply with regulatory requirements.
As a Compliance Advice Manager, you will support the implementation and ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements by providing independent review and guidance. The role is varied and can involve providing advice on smaller ad-hoc queries, through to larger scale regulatory change projects or new product launches.
