Job Title: Company Coordinator
Location: Crews Hill, Enfield

About GP Garden Services:
GP Garden Services is a leading provider of garden maintenance and landscaping services in Enfield and has a small sister cleaning company. We are seeking a proactive and organised Coordinator to manage our day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and operational support.

Position Overview:
The Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating the field teams and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This person will be responsible for logistics, scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative support to ensure that maintenance and cleaning schedules run efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet and manage the fast pace of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily schedules and logistics of the teams, ensuring efficient route planning and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with clients and team members to confirm appointments, manage enquiries, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Assist in monitoring performance metrics and reporting on operational efficiency.
  • Implement and refine operational procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Provide general support including document management, data entry, and preparation of reports for management.

Key Attributes:

  • Logistics & Operations Experience: Demonstrated experience in coordinating field operations, including scheduling, route planning, and resource management.
  • Fast Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and resolve logistical or operational challenges on the go.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining records, schedules, and operational documentation.
  • Tech: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database software

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a logistics, operations, or maintenance coordination role.
  • Familiarity within a gardening, cleaning, or a similar service industry is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving operational processes.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time position based in Crews Hill, Enfield: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
