A creative arts organization in Mansfield Woodhouse seeks a Community Engagement Producer to spark connections and bring communities into its work. You will lead bold engagement strategies, co-create with participants, and build lasting partnerships. Ideal candidates have strong community engagement experience, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of local demographics. The role offers competitive pay at £30 per hour for 16 hours a week as a freelance position.

About Unanima Theatre
Unanima is an arts development organisation that provides a variety of creative, cultural and campaign opportunities for learning disabled and autistic people. Unanima creates bold, socially-driven work with learning disabled and autistic artists at its heart. We challenge perceptions, foster creativity, and centre unheard voices. Our work takes place in theatres, communities, care settings, and schools - telling stories that need to be told.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead bold engagement strategies, co-create with participants, and build lasting partnerships that ensure Unanima's projects are deeply rooted in lived experience and equity.
You’ll develop engagement strategies, co-create with participants, and produce outreach activity that connects our creative work to the people who inspire it.
