Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000 per year, plus on‑call allowance.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that high quality care is delivered in the community by care workers.
  • Manage customer quality and care within your area, ensuring that initial assessments, care plans, reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored and kept up to date.
  • Support carers through their induction programme, completing regular competency checks and spot checks.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential).
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience (desirable).
Experience
  • Providing care: 1 year (required).
  • Supervisory: 1 year (preferred).
Licence / Certification
  • Driving Licence (required).
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required).
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Weekend availability.
