A leading company in the art sector is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to create engaging digital content and manage media relations. The role involves designing assets, executing marketing campaigns, and maintaining website updates, ideally suited for someone with a strong background in arts marketing.

The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager at arebyte is responsible for creating digital content, delivering marketing campaigns, and managing media relations to promote our exhibitions, events, and organisational activities.
The position is a part-time role (2.5 days a week, possibility to discuss 3 days a week) and involves designing assets and basic video content using Adobe Creative Suite, writing and scheduling social media and newsletter campaigns, developing press materials, maintaining website updates via Squarespace, and tracking performance using tools like Google Analytics.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing and communications within the arts sector, excellent design and copywriting skills, and a good understanding of digital campaign delivery.
Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, reporting tools, and CMS platforms like Squarespace and Eventbrite is desirable, alongside an interest in digital art.

Press & Media Relations: Plan and deliver PR strategies; write and distribute press releases; maintain media contacts and press lists; handle media enquiries professionally; archive press coverage for reporting.
Content Creation: Develop campaign plans and write engaging copy for social media, newsletters, websites, and marketing materials. Design basic visual assets using Adobe Suite. Source and credit images for communications.
Digital Marketing & Web: Schedule and publish content across digital platforms; assist with email campaigns; update website content; monitor campaign performance; support the development of wider communications strategies.
