Overview

Our client, an extremely successful and well respected independent Estate Agent in Southport is currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a tenacious and ambitious individual to manage their own branch, leading and motivating an already very successful sales team to further success.

Responsibilities

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • To manage the day to day running of our busy sales branch ensuring our high customer service standards are achieved.
  • To come up with new & innovative ways to drive revenue & ensure the branch is exceeding set targets.
  • Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance.
  • Conducting inspiring 1:1’s for your team, recognising individual and team achievements & offering support and training where required.
  • To conduct property valuations & ensure the branch has a consistent plan in place for touting and securing new business.
  • To ensure the branch is compliant & efficient at all times.
  • To report business figures to the company owners & senior management team & attend monthly team meetings.
Salary and benefits

In return they are offering an excellent & highly competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience plus bonuses & commissions giving the ideal candidate a realistic OTE of circa £65,000.
