Our on-demand marketplace connects drivers to thousands of spaces, while our comprehensive suite of B2B solutions transforms parking assets into connected mobility hubs.

The Role

We are now expanding into the Commercial Property sector, bringing connected parking, digital payments, access management, and data-led optimisation to offices, retail destinations, business parks, mixed-use developments, leisure venues, and commercial real-estate portfolios.

As our Commercial Property Lead, you will shape and drive the growth of this new vertical. You will combine hands-on commercial delivery with strategic direction, acting as the internal champion for the sector while actively winning new business.

This role is ideal for an experienced commercial professional who is ready to take the step towards leadership — operating as a player–coach, influencing strategy, guiding others informally, and positioning the vertical for future expansion.

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Engage senior decision-makers across property owners, landlords, developers, asset managers, REITs, and FM providers
  • Build long-term strategic relationships
  • Develop partnerships with proptech, FM, and infrastructure providers
  • Tailor and position our parking, payment, enforcement, and data solutions to suit estate-specific needs
  • Lead proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations

Market & Internal Leadership

  • Act as the subject-matter expert for the commercial property sector
  • Provide insights on market trends, ESG, tenant experience, and smart-building innovation
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations
  • Report on performance and pipeline development to senior leadership
About you
  • Strong commercial experience within commercial property, real estate, facilities management, or proptech
  • Proven ability to sell technology-led solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with an appetite to lead a vertical and grow into future team leadership
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of estate operations, digital payments, data insights or IoT solutions is a plus
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel
