Commercial Manager (Contracts and Supplier Management)

Pimlico Banks Recruitment are working with a respected organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team. This position offers genuine variety, combining contract management, supplier onboarding, and tender activity, while reporting directly to the Commercial and Procurement Director.

Role Overview

As Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of the full commercial and contract lifecycle. From onboarding new suppliers to managing existing agreements and leading tenders, you will play a key part in ensuring robust commercial governance and compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding of new suppliers and maintain compliant documentation
  • Review, draft, and manage new and existing contracts
  • Lead and support tenders, bids, and supplier negotiations
  • Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
  • Provide reports and analysis to the Commercial and Procurement Director
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
About You

You will be an experienced Commercial Manager or Contract Manager who understands how to balance commercial risk, compliance, and value for money.
