A leading infrastructure company in Birmingham seeks a skilled commercial manager to oversee high-value contracts and ensure effective project delivery. You will provide governance input, manage commercial relationships, and lead contract performance reviews. Ideal candidates have experience in infrastructure projects and proven negotiation skills. This role offers a competitive salary and a flexible benefits package.
Base salary: £46,406 pa to c.£54,595pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer a flexible benefits fund of 20% which is paid on top of base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits – check them out in the Benefits section on our website.

About the role
Pre-Contract / Procurement
Support the team in drafting remits and awards of works under the IPA ensuring alignment of governance and assurance of commercial positions.
Post Contract
To be responsible for the administration of the obligations of the IPA and the remit / awards necessary to deliver the project, including assessment of:
