• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Commercial catering engineering company is looking to recruit a skilled and reliable field based Commercial Catering Engineer. This is a field-based role covering Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex, ideal for someone located near Ipswich. You\'ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial catering equipment at client sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship.

Gas qualifications are not required for this position, as the role does not involve working on gas-operated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including combi ovens, dishwashers, glasswashers, fryers, ranges, griddles, and more.
• Fault-finding and diagnostics including plumbing.
• Operate in a field-based, customer-facing role, engaging directly with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Completing job reports and documentation accurately.
• Occasional installation of pipework (if qualified).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Electrical Fault-finding on various commercial catering equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
