A local hospice organization in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Collection Box Co-ordinator to support fundraising efforts. This volunteer role involves maintaining collection tins in local businesses, building community relationships, and ensuring fundraising activities run smoothly. Would you like to make a difference in your local community while enjoying a flexible, independent volunteer role? We’re looking for a dedicated Collection Box Co‑ordinator to help support our fundraising team by maintaining our network of collection tins in local shops and businesses.
Frequency: Tin collections are carried out approximately every 3 months, covering around 40 tin placements, mainly within the BS22 postcode area.
This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting people, and helping to raise essential funds.

To represent Weston Hospicecare in public locations by collecting and replacing Hospice collection boxes from agreed locations and delivering to Weston Hospicecare.
You will need your own transport for this role and some boxes may be heavy.
