Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a similar hotel environment.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and be standards-driven.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Great relationship-building skills with customers and the team.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide general maintenance support.
• Oversee contractors to ensure work is completed satisfactorily.
• Source suppliers and negotiate prices for hotel equipment.
• Liaise with accounts to align purchases with budget.
• Establish and train on SOPs for maintenance issues.
• Monitor utilities and seek energy-efficient solutions.
• Project manage refurbishment projects while ensuring safety standards.
