Location: Saepio – Head Office, High Wycombe. Hours: Full Time – Mon to Fri, 9am – 6pm. Reporting To: Principal Cloud Security Consultant.

To support growth, Saepio is recruiting a Cloud Technical Account Manager to onboard clients into Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools and manage CSPM deployments across multiple client environments.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Implementation
- Serve as primary Technical Account Manager (TAM) for cloud security solutions with assigned clients
- Engage in pre-sales support on customer cloud security needs (PoCs, advice and guidance)
- Onboard new clients into industry leading CSPM service platforms (Wiz, Crowdstrike, Aikido)
- Partner with clients to understand their specific security requirements and challenges
- Translate client needs into actionable CSPM policies and configurations
- Technical Implementation & Management
- Deploy and maintain cloud security posture management tools across multiple environments
- Implement, monitor, and optimize CSPM solutions based on best practices
- Configure and fine-tune risk scoring models to reflect client-specific priorities
- Develop remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities and misconfigurations
- Training & Support
- Guide clients through the adoption of new CSPM policies and rules
- Provide training sessions on tool usage, security best practices, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, particularly Terraform implementation
- Experience interpreting and implementing security policies at scale
Desirable Qualifications
- Cloud certification preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Administrator Associate, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, or equivalent). Security-focused certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar client-facing role in the security industry
- Familiarity with common cloud threats and attack vectors
- Familiarity with major CSPM toolsets and their capabilities across different cloud platforms (Palo Alto Prisma, Wiz, Crowdstrike CSPM, Aikido CSPM)
