Job summary

A healthcare provider in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee client care and lead training for support staff. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC Pin and have substantial clinical experience, including airway management and ventilation. This full-time role involves travelling to clients' homes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Qualifications

  • A valid NMC Pin with 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Experience delivering clinical interventions including Airway Management, Ventilation Management, Enteral Feeding, and Suctioning.

Responsibilities

  • Take clinical ownership of client caseload and manage bespoke care plans.
  • Lead and deliver clinical training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
  • Ensure compliant, high-quality, person-centred care service.
  • Review clinical paperwork and MAR charts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and care teams.
  • Provide ongoing mandatory training in line with national standards.
