I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established 30-bed nursing home located in the centre of Bakewell, set within the beautiful Derbyshire countryside.

The service is CQC rated Good and provides a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment, with a strong focus on high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams
  • Ensuring high standards of nursing care and clinical governance
  • Supporting audits, policies, and CQC compliance
  • Mentoring and developing staff
  • Promoting best practice and resident wellbeing
